Description

Low-Carb Easy To Make Egg Roll In A Bowl – This low-carb easy make egg roll bowl is a wonderful choice for a quick and healthy meal. The egg roll bowl satisfies by itself, as one dish recipe, but serve it with rice or green salad as you wish.


Ingredients

Scale

1lb/453g ground chicken, pork, or beef sausage

4 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove, minced

3 ½ cups shredded green cabbage

1 large carrot, shredded

4 tbsp chives, chopped

1 tsp red chili pepper flakes or red chile pepper sauce to taste

Olive oil


Instructions

1 – Drizzle a medium pan with olive oil, add sausage, stir well and fry, breaking up any lumps, until meat thoroughly loses its raw red color and turns golden brown.

2 – Stir in soy sauce and let sizzle for some seconds.

4 – Add ginger and garlic and mix for 30 seconds, until fragrant.

5 – Add cabbage and carrot, salt, and let pepper and let lightly wilt for one minute.

6 – Season again with soy sauce, add chili flakes or chili sauce to taste.

7- Transfer to a serving bowl and spread chives on top.
