Ingredients
  

  • 5 medium potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 to 3 c baby carrots
  • 2 cans 10 oz. each cream of celery soup
  • 2 lbs. lean beef stew meat cut up into bite-size pieces
  • 2 packages 1 ounce, each dry onion soup mix
  • 1 c ketchup * you can substitute tomato sauce if you don't like ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 small yellow onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add paprika and the dry onion soup mix inside a large resealable bag. Shake the bag until well blended.
  • Add the meat, then shake the bag again until well coated by the seasonings.
  • Apply cooking spray in a 7-quart crockpot.
  • Lay the meat into the prepared crockpot.
  • Add the onion, carrots, and potato slices over the meat.
  • In a mixing bowl, add ketchup and cream of celery soup. Stir until well blended.
  • Add the mixture on top of the veggies and meat.
  • Cover the pot, then cook everything for about 8 hours on a low setting.
  • Remove the lid, then stir everything until well blended.
  • Serve right away and enjoy!
