Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb/453g ground chicken pork, or beef sausage
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove minced
  • 3 ½ cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 large carrot shredded
  • 4 tbsp chives chopped
  • 1 tsp red chili pepper flakes or red chile pepper sauce to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • 1 – Drizzle a medium pan with olive oil, add sausage, stir well and fry, breaking up any lumps, until meat thoroughly loses its raw red color and turns golden brown.
  • 2 - Stir in soy sauce and let sizzle for some seconds.
  • 4 - Add ginger and garlic and mix for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  • 5 – Add cabbage and carrot, salt, and let pepper and let lightly wilt for one minute.
  • 6 – Season again with soy sauce, add chili flakes or chili sauce to taste.
  • 7- Transfer to a serving bowl and spread chives on top.
