Ingredients  

  • 200 g oat flour 2 cups
  • 40 g hemp seeds 4 tablespoons
  • 2 g salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • 60 g butterscotch chips 1/3 cup
  • 20 g sprinkles 2 tablespoons
  • 30 g rice crisps 1 1/2 cups, 30 to 40 g
  • 120 g honey 1/3 cup
  • 30 g butter, melted 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  • Add the oat flour, hemp seeds, salt, butterscotch chips, sprinkles and rice crisps to a large bowl and stir to combine.

  • Stir in the honey and melted butter until the mixture holds together when pressed.
  • Roll into balls with lightly damp hands.

  • Chill for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Nutrition values are an estimate. Total time includes 20 to 30 minutes of chilling. The honey and melted butter are the binder, so do not reduce them or the mixture crumbles. Fold the rice crisps in last and gently, since crushing them costs you the crunch. If the mixture is too sticky to roll, chill it for ten minutes rather than adding more oat flour.
