In a small mixing bowl, combine the avocado oil, lemon juice, salt, dried parsley and black pepper.
Mix the oil and spices together until well combined.
Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Brush the seasoned oil mixture over both sides of the fillets, coating them evenly.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Place the fillets in the basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overlapping.
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8 minutes, until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. There is no need to flip.
Carefully lift the fillets out with a fish slice and serve immediately with extra lemon.
