Copycat crunchwraps made on the Blackstone griddle: taco beef, nacho cheese, a crunchy tostada and cool toppings folded into a large flour tortilla and griddled until golden.
Cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Stir in the taco seasoning and prepare according to packet directions.
Lay out the flour tortillas.
Spoon the beef into the center of each tortilla.
Top with nacho cheese sauce.
Place a tostada shell on top.
Add sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
Fold the tortilla edges inward to form a sealed crunchwrap.
Place seam-side down on the griddle.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Slice in half and serve.
Notes
Nutrition values are an estimate, per crunchwrap. Use large (about 12 inch) tortillas so they fold over the filling without tearing. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in a skillet or air fryer.
