Notes

Nutrition values are an estimate. Only the top is crumbed, so cook it crumb side up on its liner. Oven method: bake at 425°F (220°C) for 18 to 22 minutes, until cooked through. Ground chicken is safe at 165°F (74°C). Turkey mince can be used in equal amounts; use gluten free flour and breadcrumbs for a gluten free version. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (180°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
