Notes

Nutrition values are an estimate, per cookie. Makes 20 to 24 cookies. Freeze time is 1 to 2 hours on the tray. Label and freeze for up to 3 months. Do not thaw before baking; baking from frozen keeps the cookies thick and soft. Slightly underbaking gives a softer, bakery style centre. Freeze the balls flat first so they do not stick together. Add extra chocolate chips on top before baking if you like. Dark, milk or white chocolate all work.
