Green Juice (Blender Method)
A fresh, vibrant green juice you can make in a regular blender, no juicer required. Spinach, cucumber, green apple, lemon, and ginger blend into a crisp, lightly sweet juice perfect for sipping as a shot or over ice.

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach packed, about 30 g
  • 1 small cucumber chopped, about 200 g
  • 1 green apple chopped, about 180 g
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 15 ml
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated, about 5 g
  • 1/2 cup cold water 120 ml

Instructions

  • Add the spinach, cucumber, green apple, lemon juice, ginger, and cold water to a high speed blender.

  • Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds, until the mixture is completely smooth.
  • Strain through a fine mesh sieve or a nut milk bag set over a bowl, pressing firmly to squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

  • Pour the strained juice into small glass bottles or jars.

  • Refrigerate and drink within 48 hours. Shake well before drinking.

Notes

For the smoothest juice, use a high speed blender and blend a full minute before straining. If you do not mind a thicker, smoothie like texture, you can skip straining entirely and drink it as is. Want it sweeter? Add a second green apple or a small drizzle of honey. Store in the fridge for up to two days, since fresh green juice is best enjoyed within 48 hours and does not freeze well.
