1tbspbrown sugar
1tspsmoked paprika
1tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1tspsalt
1/2tspblack pepper
BBQ saucefor brushing
Instructions
First, preheat the Ninja Woodfire Grill to Smoke mode at 375°F (190°C), add pellets, and pat the ribs dry. Remove the membrane from the back of the rack.
Next, rub the rack all over with the oil, then coat both sides evenly with the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Then place the rack bone-side down on the grill plates and cook at 375°F for 25 minutes.
After that, flip and cook another 10 to 15 minutes, until the meat between the bones reaches about 195°F to 200°F.
Brush generously with BBQ sauce and cook 5 to 10 minutes more to caramelize the glaze.
Finally, rest the ribs for 5 minutes, then slice between the bones and serve.
Notes
Nutrition values are an estimate. For fall-apart ribs, cook to about 195°F to 200°F and use the bend test. Sweet fruit-wood pellets (apple, cherry) suit pork; hickory is bolder.
