Ingredients  

  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup for vegan
  • 2 tbsp milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder optional

Instructions

  • First, add the oats, peanut butter, honey, milk, and cocoa powder (if using) to a large mixing bowl.

  • Next, stir everything together until fully combined and a sticky dough forms.
  • Then, if the mixture feels too dry, add a small splash of milk; if it is too wet, add a spoonful more oats.
  • After that, scoop and roll the mixture into balls, about 1 to 2 tablespoons each.

  • Finally, place them on a tray or in a container and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, until firm.

Notes

Nutrition values are an estimate per ball. If the mix is too dry add more peanut butter or milk; too wet, add more oats. For vegan, use maple syrup and plant-based milk.
