Ingredients  

  • 2 cups strawberries hulled
  • 2 tablespoons honey or to taste
  • 1/2 cup milk 120 ml
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream 120 ml
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Hull the strawberries, then add them to a blender along with the honey, milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
    Blending the strawberries and cream into a smooth mix
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

  • Insert the sticks and freeze for 6 to 8 hours, or until fully set.
  • To serve, run the molds briefly under warm water to release the popsicles.

Notes

Nutrition values are an estimate. Blend the base until completely smooth for the creamiest texture. Leave a little room at the top of the molds, as the mixture expands as it freezes. For dairy-free pops, use coconut milk in place of the milk and cream.
