1 loaf of Italian bread or French bread. 60 grams 1/4 cups of salted Butter (or unsalted but you need to add more salt into the mixture) 2 Tablespoon Olive oil 1 Tablespoon of Garlic minced Salt & Pepper to taste 1/4 cup of Mozzarella cheese shredded 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese shredded Parsley as a garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Slice the Italian or French bread into halves
In a bowl, mix together the butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture over the bread slices and top with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
