1 pound (454g) pork hot sausage
1 (8 oz) (225g) block cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How to Prepare This Cream Cheese Sausage Balls?
STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 350ºF/175ºC.
STEP 2: In a large bowl, mix together the sausage meat and cream cheese. If using hands, grease with some olive oil.
STEP 3: Add the Bisquick and mix until combined.
STEP 4: Lastly add the grated cheddar cheese and mix until everything is integrated.
STEP 5: Grease your hands with olive oil and divide the mixture into 1” balls.
STEP 6: Place the sausage balls in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
